In good/used condition! Quality made and maintained (priced accordingly).
This is priced at what it is, and not at least $200+ more, because of the below. None of the imperfections listed below impact the sofa use or cleanliness, but are just a few minor visual discolorations.
~~Of note: All cushions were just washed (9-1-25)~~
**Back cushions all in great shape / no stains
**Bottom cushion shape/foam wise in great shape, just has some minimal but visible stains. Even after the wash some remained a little discolored, my best guess is if you can target the stains with a stain cleaner, then put in wash, it would mostly all come out. We used a little detergent on hot water.
**Last pic shows 2 of the bottom cushions have tears too, which are on the back side. Could take to most drycleaners that do alterations and it's probably a $10 alteration fix.
**Structurally in great shape, seriously a very nice + beautiful sofa :)
