We bought it for $2500. From a pet-free, child-free house. Fabric is in excellent condition with no tears or visible wear.
However the stuffing inside has softened/hollowed out. We planned to keep it for years, but we’re in an apartment and don’t have the space to store or work on it, so letting it go. If you’re into DIY, this is an easy fix with new stuffing and you’ll basically have a like-new couch. Seat cover comes off and is washable.

It converts into a queen size bed.

Only pickups. Elevator is 20 feet from the main entrance.
