Normal price ~$3-4k. The legs come off so it’s actually pretty easy to get through a standard size door. It’s a few years old (Fall 2020) but barely used, fold out bed has only been used once (by me to test it out… it’s comfy :). It’s been unused and in the office for the last few years.
