Fully-planted and cycled naturalistic bioactive tropical vivarium in a 30" W x 22" H x 12" D tank, with a hinged glass lid for access. Details:
• Great for dart frogs, geckos, lizards, salamanders, other small tropical reptiles / amphibians, vampire crabs, or as a living display piece.
• Up and running for several years, so it’s fully established and ready for use as the biological system is stable and seasoned.
• 22+ live tropical plants (~15 species) and ~3 moss species.
• Bioactive micro fauna cleanup crew: springtails, dwarf white isopods, grindal worms, micro millipedes and micro snails.
• Lighting: T5 Dual Light fixture lighting (I recommend an upgrade to LED fixtures); ~50% of glass lid is sealed keeping humidity high and is made of Ultra Clear® Low iron glass which allows 81% UV transmission through the glass.
• Infrastructure: custom foam background; Malaysian driftwood; false bottom drainage layer; siphon tube to drain water as needed; high pressure misting tubing with 2 nozzles (plug and play ready); aquarium foam land layer on top of false bottom, topped with ABG soil mix and leaf litter.
• Does not include: Stand, misting pump, external water reservoir container, or timer for lights.
Pickup in the San Francisco Shipyard neighborhood. Will require two people as it’s heavy (85+ lbs) and must be carried down a flight of stairs.
