Bought these recently from Harbor Freight, the solid steel wheel ramps (4000 lb capacity) and rubber wheel chalk have never been used, I just don't need them. There is no Harbor Freight near me to return them, not worth the drive for me. My little loss your little gain.

Will meet at Daly City City Hall, 333 90th St. I believe the address is for the front of the building, the meeting spot(exchange zone / green square) is in the back parking lot, see satellite image, the DCPD parking lot is right next to it.
