Sorrel Restaurant seeking a skilled and passionate hospitality professional to join our team as both Sommelier and Captain. This dual role requires someone who can seamlessly balance exceptional tableside service with expert wine knowledge. The ideal candidate will be able to provide warm and attentive service as a captain as well as knowledgeable and confident beverage recommendations as a sommelier.
