Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of one year experience in upscale restaurant and lounge preferred
• Knowledge of food, spirits, wine and beer
• Able to perform server, host or busser person's duties
• Able to deal with guests in a professional manner
• A passion for hospitality, a love for food and a positive demeanor
• Teamwork abilities and team player's mentality
• Attention to details, cleanliness and safety
• Patience and a hospitable customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Flexible schedule including weekend
