Executive chef, Martín Castillo, and his brothers, Antonio and Eduardo, grew up around a busy kitchen. Their mother, Luz, was well known in her neighborhood for her delicious cooking. Limon was first established in 2002, in the heart of the Mission District of San Francisco. Winning multiple recognition’s from the city, and the heart of locals. Today, the Castillo family continues to own & operate multiple Limon Rotisserie locations in the Bay Area, Hawaii & beyond.
As a Manager, we require a great amount of teamwork and communication skills. This position demands professionalism, exemplary service skills, sequence of service knowledge, strong time management. Our general managers take ownership of our restaurants. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
● 4+ years management experience
● Manager Food Handler Safety Certification
● Strong attention to detail
● Must be able to lift 30-40 Lbs
● Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time
● Must be able to work mornings, nights and weekends
● Strong leadership skills
● Takes responsibility for all restaurant operations
