What we're looking for:
You are a coachable person who can follow instructions and guidance, both verbally and written (such as checklists and/or recipes)
You understand and believe in hospitality, ideally possessing strong Guest Service skills and prior Food Industry experience
You love connecting and building a positive experience with all Guests to create a community vibe
You love to work as a team with others, while keeping a clean and organized work area, in a fast-paced environment
You will start with an hourly wage of $19 - $22 per hour plus tips (ranging from $4 - $8+ an hour), with performance-based increases in the future
You must be available to work the following days: Tuesday - Sunday. Open availability is highly preferred. You will be scheduled 35 - 40+ hours per week
You must have reliable transportation to commute and punctually arrive for your scheduled shifts
Must be able to communicate with Guests clearly and empathically. Bilingual in Spanish is also a plus, but not a necessity!
