About the position:
Barbacks are responsible for supporting bartenders, cleaning, maintenance, and stocking of the bar. Along with that, we run with a small staff and minimal support staff and so part of the barback’s duties will also be to support the floor and servers when necessary.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking an outgoing, positive, detail oriented individual who is comfortable in a high volume and fast paced atmosphere. Someone who strives to provide the highest level of customer service, while remaining warm and calm under pressure. A desire to expand their knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year prior experience in food and beverage
• Willingness to learn and take direction especially during height of service
• Current California Food Handlers Card
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, serve for an extended period of time
