About the position:
We are seeking an outgoing, positive, detail oriented individual who is comfortable in a high volume fast paced atmosphere. Someone who strives to provide a high level of customer service, while remaining warm and calm under pressure. A desire to expand their knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, spirits and food is a must for this position. Horsefeather combines elevated service with casual offerings and a successful candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of both fine dining service and casual dining trends, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years prior serving experience in a fast paced restaurant / bar
• Experience with popular POS systems (Toast preferred)
• Current California Food Handlers Card
• Valid RBS certificate
• Must be able to communicate in English (speak, read, write)
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, serve for an extended period of time
