About Us
Broad Street Oyster Company is a fast-growing seafood restaurant built on great food, high energy, and good vibes. Our Ghirardelli Square location is looking for crew members who can shuck oysters, sling drinks, and keep the party moving. If you love working with fresh seafood, enjoy interacting with guests, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Shuck oysters with speed, skill, and style.
Pour and serve beer, wine, and cocktails.
Engage with guests—answer questions, share menu knowledge, and keep the experience fun.
Keep the bar, raw bar, and service areas clean, stocked, and organized.
Support FOH and BOH teammates to make service run smoothly.
Handle payments and use the POS system accurately.
What We’re Looking For
Previous bartending or oyster shucking experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Team player willing to jump in wherever needed.
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
Must love seafood—or at least not be squeamish about oysters.
