Restaurant experience is required, and sushi/omakase experience is a strong plus. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in an intimate dining environment. We value professionalism, clear communication, and people who take pride in creating a great guest experience while supporting their teammates. We are looking to fill this position ASAP.
