Job Details
The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesdays - Saturdays. The dining room manager works closely alongside our general manager to assist with staff training and reservation monitoring. Responsibilities include a combination of dining room service and administrative operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience at a restaurant of a similar level
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
- Genuine desire to manage people and encourage growth
- Warm sincerity and alignment of service philosophies in caring for guests
- Introductory wine knowledge through an organization (eg. WSET OR CMS)
