We are looking for a reliable and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing menu items to specification, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring that all food meets quality and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency under pressure, and a commitment to consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards.
• Maintain portion control, presentation, and quality across all dishes.
• Set up, stock, and maintain workstations before, during, and after service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing deliveries properly.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
• Support team members by assisting in other areas of the kitchen when needed.
• Report equipment or supply issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.
