Pistachio Kitchen is seeking a powerhouse Chef / Kitchen Manager to spearhead our breakfast and lunch service. This is a "player-coach" role for a culinary professional who can design a sophisticated menu and then jump on the line to execute it with lightning speed and surgical precision.

The Mission
Your goal is twofold: Elevate and Execute. You will be responsible for reimagining our food offerings to a "next-level" standard while ensuring the kitchen remains a well-oiled machine during peak hours.
Compensation: $85,000 per year +$5000 for Health Insurance
Schedule: 6 days a week (includes weekend service and shopping/sourcing).

Lead from the Front: This is an active line-cooking role. You must maintain fast, precise execution during high-volume periods.
Total Kitchen Ownership: Managing all shopping, inventory, food costing, and supplier relationships.
