We are an amaro-focused, craft cocktail driven bar with a disciplined, structured program built around balance, precision, and a refined “Dealer’s Choice” experience. Guests come to us for guidance, depth, and hospitality — not just drinks.
This role is for someone who considers bartending a profession, not a side job.
Position:
• 3 /4 nights per week (must be available between Wednesday and Saturday)
• $20/hour + automatic 20% gratuity on all checks
• Consistent, professional environment with high expectations
You should be:
• Technically strong in classic and contemporary cocktails
• Fluent in spirits knowledge (amari familiarity strongly preferred)
• Highly capable in guest relations — reading the room, adjusting tone, guiding experience
• Honest, accountable, and steady under pressure
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Interested in developing within a structured, evolving bar program
