We're a Michelin Guide recognized, farm-to-table restaurant in San Francisco's Outer Sunset neighborhood, and we're looking for an experienced baker to join our team.
We built our name on our sourdough levain — but we're more than that. This is a role with real creative autonomy and the opportunity to shape and grow our entire baked goods program.

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
• Full-time position
• Afternoon/evening shifts
• Pay: $24-$27/hr
• Full Health Insurance

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage and maintain our bread program
• Produce breads, pastries, and seasonal baked goods daily
• Develop new recipes with genuine creative freedom
• Source and work with seasonal, locally-grown ingredients
• Manage inventory, par levels, and pre-production
• Collaborate with the chef & kitchen team on menu development

REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years professional baking experience (restaurant or bakery)
• Strong sourdough and naturally leavened bread skills
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy
• Passion for farm-to-table, seasonal cooking
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Reliable, detail-oriented, strong work ethic
