Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently following cocktail recipes, taking orders and delivery or guests' preferences maintaining proper portion control
Mindfulness of guests’ alcoholic consumption and knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding alcoholic beverages, age restrictions, etc.
Ensuring quality and consistency of drinks, and guest satisfaction
Maintain a "clean as you go" philosophy and organized bar area; adhering to deep cleaning schedules
English speaking
Friendly and outgoing
Reliable and punctual
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable providing excellent customer service
A team player with a strong work ethic
Stock bar and bar supplies throughout shift
Handle basic prep, opening and closing of the Bar
