Brenda's French Soul Food is currently hiring a Dining Room Supervisor. We are looking to fill a PM Supervisor/Server position at our Flagship Store.
Your number one responsibility is to lead and positively influence our staff while improving the guest experience through outstanding quality, service & training.
Your Role:
• The most important role of our Team Leaders is to foster a feeling of teamwork and hospitality among our staff while giving the guests the best possible dining experience.
• Making sure rules & service standards are being followed
• Open or close a clean & organized restaurant daily and on time
• Know and understand our menus and provide staff training and coaching on an ongoing basis ensuring growth & staff retention
• Help to keep the restaurant profitable and moving in a forward direction
• You will be expected to follow all house rules, exhibit an outstanding work ethic and be the team leader we are looking for.
