We’re one of San Francisco’s top ASA schools with a modern fleet (Andrews 21s, J/80s, J/105s, Santa Cruz 50), super small class sizes (2-3), and a fun, supportive crew.
F/T or P/T aboard our best-maintained fleet of 21- 53ft yachts. Midweek/weekend work available, flexible schedule. Work as much or as little as you want!
We’re looking for experienced sailors to teach courses, skipper charters, and sail on team events. ASA-certified instructors and USCG captains are a big plus (or those working toward it)
Flexible scheduling, great tips, and the chance to build sea time while doing what you love.
