We’re looking for experienced baristas to join our mobile espresso bar & events team. This role is ideal for someone who loves coffee, works well independently, and enjoys event-style service outside of a traditional café setting.
This is not a full-time café position. Shifts are primarily off-site events, pop-ups, and mobile espresso service for corporate clients, private events, and special activations. This role is best suited for baristas who are comfortable working off-site, without a traditional café workflow, and handling light setup logistics.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Set up, break down, and operate a mobile espresso bar, including basic equipment setup and teardown
-Prepare high-quality espresso drinks quickly and consistently in time-sensitive environments
-Provide friendly, professional service to corporate clients and event guests
-Work independently or with a small team, depending on event size
-Maintain cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards on-site
-Communicate clearly with the operations lead before and after events
What We’re Looking For
-Solid barista experience (specialty coffee preferred, latte art etc)
-Comfort working events, pop-ups, and non-traditional service environments
-Comfortable running a bar solo for smaller events when needed
-Ability to stay calm, efficient, and professional during busy service
-Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
-Comfortable lifting equipment and standing for long periods
-Availability for early mornings
Pay & Details
-$35/hour, depending on experience
-Paid setup and breakdown time (travel compensation varies by event)
-Flexible, on-call schedule — great supplemental income

This is ideal for experienced baristas looking for consistent event work without café burnout
