We are holding a one day event at the Ameswell Hotel in Mountain View for about 100 people, and need an event coordinator to help do...well..whatever is needed to make the event successful! That will include: set-up, registration, guest assistance, staff coordination, speaker coordination, A/V coordination, socializing with guests, and largely paddling like crazy under the water's edge like a duck while presenting a very serene "face." It will be a very fast paced day and you will be pulled in many directions.
Basically, we need a miracle working helper who can and will be excited about the simple act of helping us make our event awesome!
We will pay $350 for a full day. Starting at 730 a.m. and ending likely a little after 6 pm.
