This is a RJ11, RJ12, RJ45 keystone surface mount box loaded with dual ethernet/phone connectors. It is currently wired for DSL phone lines; I used it as a line splitter. Mounts on a wall with double sided tape (there is some residue from my prior application). It comes with more than 25 feet of Cat5e cable.

This is working currently for splitting a phone line for DSL or two phones. You can rewire it for Ethernet if you wish. The ports fit either RJ11, RJ12 or RJ45 size connectors. It is UL Listed. The included Cat5e cable has an RJ12 connecter.

Model is a SUTTLE SpeedStar SE STAR 558. It is loaded with 2 ports each with a CAT5E keystone jack. Ivory color. Convenient if you don't have room to install a wall plate, or want something easier to change later. Can also lay on a table top. There are a few different uses as is. Can use to split a phone line or use one side for voice (with a filter) and one side for DSL. Or can wire it up for an Ethernet instead. The cable is rated for outdoor or indoor use.
