This is an awesome small amplifier that give you 3-channel 50watt per channel amplification to power a passive sounder or speaker.
I used it to power a 3-channel passive soundbar mounted under my TV, but you can think of lots of other uses, including power a 3.1 system that includes a dedicated subwoofer.
This nightly little amp also has onboard dolby decoding. So you can have dolby digital output for use with streaming and TVs! It's super small and can be mounted just about anywhere.
I'm the first and only owner. Comes with everything it included when new. Note that there's some wear on the mounting brackets, but that's it!

This small amplifier was engineered for discreet, versatile amplification in home theather audio and small commercial applications. Designated for use with passive soundbars and other high-fidelity speakers, the P3-35 provides 50 watts per channel into 8 ohms (2 channel operation) or 35 watts per channel into 8 ohms (3 channel operation). Optical, analog and Bluetooth inputs are provided, enabling direct connection from most TVs or monitors. In addition to the speaker outputs, the P3-35 includes a line level subwoofer output. Dolby Digital decoding is also provided. The P3-35 may be controlled via RS232 and will learn IR codes for Volume control.
