We are seeking a compassionate and energetic caregiver to support a 6-year-old child with behavioral challenges in La Mesa (91941).
This role is ideal for someone with experience in childcare, behavioral support, or special needs, who enjoys working closely with families in a team environment.
Schedule:
Sunday – Wednesday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (16 hrs/week minimum)
Additional hours available if desired
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with after-school routines, dinner, and bedtime
* Engaging in active, structured play
* Supporting behavioral and developmental needs
Compensation & Benefits:
* $40–$45/hour (DOE), paid on payroll
* Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays
* Guaranteed hours
* Potential healthcare stipend for more full-time availability
