Hello!
We are looking for a caring professional with time to teach an elective Blend-It-Up class in San Francisco Bay Area once a week on Wednesdays. The class happens from 12:50 P.M.-https://vacclassdashboard.herokuapp.com/candidate_add?class_id=7211 in-person. The kids in the class are bright, curious, and interested in learning through self and teacher-led projects. While the position is compensated at $60 per session, we are hoping to find someone who likes kids, is inspired to help out of the goodness of their heart, and genuinely thinks they have something to share.
While some Blend-It-Up experience helps, it is *totally* ok if you don't have any. We run a few local after-school classes in the area, and some of our best teachers are caring, empathetic individuals who don't have a Blend-It-Up background but do have childcare experience. We will teach you our curriculum and give you the lesson plans to follow. This can even be seen as an upskilling experience.
