Currently, I have succulents that need some thinning and repotting. I'm not sure what to offer price-wise, but we can discuss the project and figure out what works for both of us.
When we bought the condo, we had visions of sitting outside, having a glsss of wine or a meal outside in the afternoon sun while BBQing using the electric BBQ. The first time we tried it, wind came up and was blowing salad off the plates. It's not always windy, but we lost interest in going out there much. I've used the table for the BBQ and use it from time to time. The chairs and BBQ are covered with black plastic covers, so it looks ugly out there.
We used to have a 15' Magnolia tree out there which was so nice, but it apparently needed more light or something, because it slowly went downhill, so I gave it to a friend.
The floor is concrete, but I put outdoor carpet down (a couple layers ... supposed to be temporary), but it needs something more practical. The busy street on Folsom means there's dust and dirt.
Ultimately, I'd like something low maintenance, because we travel a lot. That's why I resorted to succulents. I've even thought of buying plastic hedges. The goal is to come up with something that is pleasing to look at but low or no maintenance. I'm opened to a fresh look from someone which a creative flair.
The balcony patio is 15'x15' facing NE. It gets afternoon sun, and sometimes wind. I'll include photos, but don't get discouraged by them. LOL
