I’m looking for a personal trainer in San Francisco to start a consistent program right after the holidays and want to see if we’re a fit.

You must be able to train me in person at Bay Club San Francisco, 150 Greenwich St, San Francisco, CA 94111, under your own membership/access. If you cannot train at this exact location, we are not a fit.

About 195 lbs after losing ~75 lbs over the past 3 years
I follow Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint-style approach and practice intermittent fasting
I had a VO2 max test yesterday; my VO2 max is currently extremely low
Primary goal: increase VO2 max using this new baseline to track progress
History of lumbar back surgery and prior shoulder surgeries; doing well now but need careful, intelligent programming
WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR
Training only at Bay Club San Francisco, 150 Greenwich St, San Francisco, CA 94111
Focus on cardio/conditioning to raise VO2 max, plus light full-body strength and mobility for longevity and function
Commitment: 2 sessions per week for at least 3 months, starting the week of January 1, with a few planned ski weeks off
I’m serious about consistency and long-term health, not bodybuilding or quick fixes
TIMING
I’ll be traveling through December buy will have access to email.
