Heading out of town for a few weeks and was looking for help cleaning my place. It's a classic home in the Richmond with a big garage downstairs. entryway and some office space and a half bath, and upstairs is the standard 2 br, 1 bath, pantry, little dining room, living room, kitchen. And a backyard. I need probably 8-10 hours total. Could even be more. Looking to hire one or two people. Open for work tomorrow, Thursday, from 10:00 to 5:00, or Friday from 9:00 to 4:00. How it would work: You would write me back saying what times you could work. If you are not comfortable sharing social media or bio or resume info in your response, that is understandable and OK. But you would then need to write a short paragraph showing you are intelligent and share some info about you. Based on that, I would, if I wanted to proceed, do the same, and share info to give you confidence I am legit and safe and a known quantity. Then you would need to share what I mentioned above, a link to social media and/or a resume. I won't consider you for the job without one of these things. Please don't write that you want the job without explaining somehow who you are, giving me something to go on. I have done this many times before and it is a good way to pay local people and not have most of the money end up in the hands of some company or corporation. So it's a bit of a back and forth, but it works. I used to run an environmental products company and once you know who I am you ought to be comfortable. And so I will need the same.
