if you just want me to repair the old battery for non working, I can do that too,, if you lost your key for batteries on ebike..Mostly I can take it out also ..I will measure each series of batteries,, find the weak one,, and take out the defective cell, or cells, and I will replace the cell or cells for you, I have plenty of good cells in my inventory.. .I would never touch the original BMS, as that is the most important in a battery.. Also I can built the whole battery for you with new BMS installed.. The cost will be little more,, include the battery cell, ,, and I can custom build a perfect size battery, either small or big one for your need...the labor cost of any ebike batteries repair are mostly under 100 dollars..
If only need to repair BMS..I can do it with lowest cost..labor to repair the BMS..is only 70 labor cost..and after repair..your battery will be working and like new again..

I am converting regular bikes, 26 inches wheel mountain bike, road bike into 48 V - 52 V, 750 - 1500 watt 13 AH ( or higher ) hub motor or Bafang mid drive motor electric bike...or other power option lower or much higher.. Also 700c road bike can be converted.. Price for 700c is little higher by about 100 dollars ... Price for 26 wheels hub motor bike conversion is about 400 ,( will have battery inside a well designed secured bag ) ( optional for locked battery removable case with key + 100 ) plus 100 labor .. Price for 700c bike with 700c ( 27 inches motor wheel ) conversion is about 500, ( optional for locked battery removable case with key + 100 ) plus 100 labor.. Ebike power assist is standard for all ebike conversion...
Other optional choose for conversion includes ( Display show speed, power assist level, distance travel .. And battery removable locked case with key, fat tires , disc brakes meet bike frame requirement ). Front motor wheel conversion will include torque arm installation for free.... Rear hub motor wheel does not include torque arm, unless choose to set up for additional charge of 20 with parts and labor..
You have the option to buy your parts and bring to me with the bike, or let me order it for you..in some case you can deposit the money to order parts .
For regular Ebike hub motor conversion, when you decide for the bike conversion with choice, bring me the bike,, ... The cost for labor is only 100 for bike with regular brakes... 120 for bikes have disc brakes ( it need little more adjustments work ).. 150 for mid drive motor system conversion..

I do 750 to 1000 watt mid drive motor Ebike conversion...Price for the parts usually is about 750 to as high as 1050 dollars for 750 to 1000 watt Bafang motor kit including battery.. depending on the motor choice, battery power choice..Motor size range from 750 to 1000 watt Bafang BBS02B model ..Battery has power choices from 13ah , 15ah, and 20ah to choose from... For mid drive ebike conversion,, it is 100% will be done in the bike shop.. I will give you the address to bring the bike there,, I will be there to receive your bike for conversion...you have option to buy your parts,,.
In the case you can buy your parts, I will send links to you for both hub motor or mid drive system motor kit, also you have choice for hub motor ebike conversion , to decide work at my home or at the shop for conversion..All mid drive system conversion will be done at the shop..shop conversion or upgrade can also use bike shop discount for parts offer by the shop..or buy from ebay price..
Brand new ebike setup service cost range from 50 to 100 dollars for one set up , depend on the model of Ebike and brand name..
