Issues
Serpentine belt needs tightened or replaced
Less than 400 to have replaced at a shop, if your mechanically inclined could be as little as 50 for a new belt.

Symtoms: squealing sound intermittently, no air flow through vents

Interior has a hole in the drivers foot area (see photo) a new set of floor mats would fix that.
