Clean title. No accidents. Just had the oil changed and smog check performed 2 weeks ago.

Things that may need to be done: It does need new tires. The spark plugs were replaced 6/2019 which was 30K miles ago. The struts may need to be replaced, but the Honda Dealership marked them as "ok" 5/2021 which was 13K miles ago.

This is a good deal for a mechanic or a car dealership. I have offers for $5000 from places down in Serramonte for it but maybe you work on cars and this is a good deal for us both.
