2009 Mercedes C Class C350 Sport - $4,000 (potrero hill)

Bought the car off Marketplace a year ago and have had 0 issues but the ESL needs replaced and I'm not really looking to put any money into it, hoping someone handy with cars will see the value and take it off my hands. A person familiar with the issue can fix it with a $10 part, or a mechanic can do it for about $800 (I have a guy willing to come do it on the spot) but I am told the dealership will charge about $2000.
The car is in great shape. There was only one previous owner before me - an older lady that never had an accident and had it serviced yearly at the Mercedes Dealership. I even have the receipts to prove it. She took great care of the car, the leather isn't cracked and the carpets still look brand new. I also have the carfax from last September from when I purchased it.
The SFMTA unfairly towed my car the other day (put out construction signs after I had parked my car in a regular spot) and it triggered the anti-theft so the steering wheel and front tires are locked which will require a tow (unless you have someone willing to come to my neighborhood to fix// I do have a guy that said he can do it).
Alternatively I have AAA and am happy to tow to free anywhere within 5 miles of portrero hill. The Kelly bluebook value is $5,262-$6,481
