POSITION: Wellness Ambassador (Lead Acquisition / Outreach)

LOCATIONS:

• San Francisco (San Francisco Health Plan members)

• South Bay: (Santa Clare Health Plan Members)

COMPENSATION:

Earn Per Qualified Screening
Top agents earn $900–$1,500 weekly (part-time) or $2,000+ (full-time)

WHAT YOU’LL DO (Simple!)

• Intercept people in front of storefronts / DPSS offices / events / canopies

• Ask if they have Medi-Cal

• Do a 2–3 minute wellness pre-screen on your phone

• Explain the program

• Earn for every member you screen & qualify

• Repeat. (Fast, easy, daily flow.)

REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable talking to people

• Customer service, canvassing, or sales experience helps

• Reliable personal vehicle

• Comfortable working outdoors

• OK using your phone/tablet for signups

• You can take direction and hit goals

• Accountable and dependable

• Motivated by per-screening pay (not hourly babysitting)
