Our Customer Support Specialists lead interactions with our top priority - our patients! Whether answering patient questions using instant message, navigating a 30-minute call with a dental insurer, warmly greeting a patient in our care suite, or organizing an open house for the community, the role is varied!
The #1 focus is delivering an AMAZING customer experience to our patients in every interaction!
Responding to patients through phone calls, instant messages, and emails - examples include answering questions on treatment plans, explaining how our process works, and booking appointments.
Collaborating with our clinical and manufacturing teams to ensure all aspects of the patient experience are phenomenal!
Guiding the communication and billing processes with our insurance partners.
Reaching out to potential patients who are interested in learning more about Uniform Teeth.
Assisting the in-person orthodontic practice to make sure it runs seamlessly at all times.
Pitching in with other business needs as they come up, including community outreach and local marketing.
