HELLO. This is Gus, the headshot specialist. I am a professional photographer located in the wonderful Marina / Cow Hollow district, San Francisco and for a limited time I am offering headshots for $129* per session including touch up of the photos. (*$129 in my location or $275 at the location of your choice in the city of San Francisco only. Outside San Francisco, my rates are could be higher).

The photography can also be done outdoors at a park very close to my studio location for just $159.

I have been doing portraiture, headshots and photography for events since 1992 and I use a PROFESSIONAL camera delivering outstanding quality and resolution. The photo session can take place in a place you choose, your house, office, personal studio, or at my location. And I can bring my portable photo lighting equipment to any safe location in the city. An additional fee applies to go to areas outside San Francisco.

... SOME Q&A ABOUT MY HEADSHOTS SPECIAL:

1. How many pictures do I get ?
Usually, anywhere from 5 to 10 images.

2. How long does the session take?
At my location, it will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes. If the photography is done at your location I setup the lights and background in about 20 minutes. Then fire test shots and while you are sitting in front of the camera I adjust the lighting to fit you and do some test shots. This is an additional 10 minutes. After that, the session last approximatly 15 minutes.

3. I am not sure I live in the area where you provide the special. Can you do a headshot session in other cities?
Certainly, I cover the entire Bay Area. Please inquire about my fee to other locations in the Bay Area.

4. I have lots of windows in the room where we plan to do this. Is there a problem?
Ideally, we would have as less light as possible coming in from outside. However, I can still work in those situations. And in other situations I can use window lighting to our advantage.

5. I have a medium size room, however, it is full of furniture and there is not too much space. Could we do the photography there?
Preferably, we would need to find a room that has some space to place lights, background and reflectors. Plus some space for me working as a photographer with my camera and tripod. The more space we have the better it is to maximize the quality of the pictures you will get.

6. I would like to have black and white pictures?
No problem. Just let me know beforehand so I can select either B&W or color mode in my camera.

7. What do I need to reserve a time and date for a photo session?
Just book me with a phone call.

8. Could you do it outdoors?
Sure. As long as it is a safe place in a nice surrounding.

9. I work in downtown San Francisco and I have about one hour break for lunch. Is there any way you can come to my place of work and do the photo session there?
Not a problem. However, I will have to get reimbursed for any parking expense.

10. When do I get the pictures?
Right at the end of the photo session, you will get all the pictures taken during the photo session. Then you will select one of the photos which I will touch up within 24 hours.

11. Do you have references of past customers?
Definitely. Just let me know how many you need.

13. I am kind of nervous and feel unease when I sit in front of the camera. Would that affect the photography?
The majority of my clients feel that way at the beginning. I try to relax them. Usually the last pictures taken towards the end of the session are possibly the best. Once the client feels at ease and builds some rapport with me, he/she will feel much better and this will reflect positively in the photography. I am there to help clients look their best. Terrific headshots are the result of a joint effort: the client and the photographer. And it is the photographer who makes that joint effort succeed through the skills and experience.

14. Is the total cost only $129? Correct. But only if the photography is done in my office/studio. No additional costs.

15. Why so inexpensive?
My prices usually range between 30% to 40% less than the typical high end photographer. So take advantage of this offer because the product you will get, easily cost much more than what you will be paying me under this special rate.
