Electronics-Electrical Job to Fix a Lighting Circuit on a Scale Model (mission district)

compensation: Generally $20/hour T&M or $30/hour for fixed contracts. For this job, we will pay $30 T&M (Time and Materials); we provide the materials.

We have a requirement to troubleshoot the lights turning off of an old scale model of a tower, located in Downtown
San Francisco.

We believe the light source is fluorescent, so it may be a ballast issue, but it could be something else. We need someone who has some experience with both basic electrical circuits and electronics, to some degree, to trouble-shoot it and get it illuminated again this week. Our team would provide help to move the model so that you can access the electronics, and we also have tools, if you need something in particular, but we always recommend that you bring your own tools so that you are sure to have what you need to get the job done.

We are always busy building models and are looking for an independent contractor that we can call on to design and build our electronic circuits on models on our team.

We are hoping to find someone who is interested in working on models in particular and on an as-needed basis. If you have other skills and are interested in the field of model making, there are other opportunities for work, too.

This first job might take a day to complete, maybe Wednesday or Friday of this week?

Email or text me if you are interested. Confirm that you have the experience and availability to jump right in and help us to get this work done.
