All good clean fun, and no guys in the vids - just you in sexy clothes doing various things in various settings. Owner ideally seeks someone who can be here 24/7 so any idea can be acted on immediately before the inspiration grows cold... very creative and imaginative backer willing to do 51/49 split for all YouTube channel revenues we make (YOU get the 51%) using the property here and all the assets available here with you as the star!! Perfect place for wild-west style vids with all the 1800's buildings here, and again, the natural scenery is incredible... conducive to nature-girl stuff, and the beautiful Kern River is a stone throw away giving many opportunities for the old tried and true wet-clothes / washing the dogs type vids... perhaps 1800's-dressed wild-west hottie gold panning in the Kern river (there is still real gold here), riding the e-bike on the many trails here, astronomy girl using the telescopes, delisciously distracting new weather girl channel? Many ideas to mull over :)
This is a fabulous chance for you to get away from the city madness and grow your YouTube skills while building a following in this amazing place at no cost as well as gaining very valuable audio & video editing skills with the very best software (such as Presonus) and hardware such as top-quality mics, mixers, many musical instruments, sound effects etc available for both video and audio production on site here for the projects... they await your talents or your desire to learn to use any or all of them to further your skills!
Be sane, be cool, be mature, be FUN, be creative, and be ready to be seen by a lot of people doing fun, funny, non-demeaning things you won't be ashamed of looking back 20 years from now. And be ready to take lots of breaks with something refreshing on the front porch looking at that amazing view between shoots. Gotta have balance right?
