Seeking an efficient and reliable social media assistant for a talent agency to work 2-5 hours per month.
You will be responsible for creating and scheduling two types of posts via Meta Business Suite:
- Booking Announcements: Celebrating when talent books new roles.
- Audition Advertisements: Promoting upcoming audition calls.
Your Tasks Will Include:
- Designing posts in Canva using our provided templates and assets in Google Drive.
- Writing engaging captions based on the prompts and key information we provide.
- Scheduling all content for the month via Meta Business Suite's Planner.
Logistics:
- Time commitment: Assistant currently devotes 2-3 hours each month to schedule 10-15 posts per month (using 2-3 templates and Google Drive assets).
- Flat fee: $100 per month, paid via Zelle upon completion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite's Planner, and Google Drive.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging captions.
- A keen eye for clean, professional design.
- Must have a personal Facebook account (required for platform access).
- Extreme attention to detail (no typos, correct links/tags).
- A Zelle account to accept payment.
