We are interested in what real customers see—features, offers, and how information is presented on their auto account, as well as the customer experience during the application process.
You will need a computer and iPhone. It typically takes 30-45 minutes.
There are 2 possible assignments:

💰 $150 | Account servicing session (account review, no applications).
You'll join a brief, online call with a researcher, share your screen, and walk through the layout, features, and available offers in your existing account while they record the session. Share follow-up communications from the bank for 7 days.
⭐⭐⭐ $750 for Brex or RAMP account servicing (If you have either of these, please email us after completing this survey).

💰 Up to $300 | Taking out a new small business account
You'll join an online call with a researcher, share your screen, and complete the assigned application journey while they record the session. You will also share follow-up communications from the lender for 7 days.

Participants whose applications are denied will receive a $50 incentive after completing a brief survey.
