On-Call Remote Hands Technician needed in Bay View (bayview)

We are searching for a trustworthy remote hands technician who is available on-call to support our engineers and clients at our data center in Bay View.
Applicants will help our engineers and clients with simple tasks including swapping out malfunctioning hard drives, upgrading or replacing RAM, and setting up servers in server racks. Candidates will need to know the basics and fundamentals of hardware, the internet, and computers.
Applicants with experience in networking or datacenter operations are ideal.
Requirements:
- The ability to lift between 30 and 50 pounds minimum.
- Must be familiar with managing network cables.
- Must be capable of installing network switches, rails, and servers within a server rack.
- Must be familiar with the fundamentals of installing RAID cards, CPUs, RAM, and HDDs.
- Need to bring your own laptop (Windows 10/11, MAC or Linux)
- Have reliable transportation
