Mac, iPhone, iPad - systems and workflow development and set up (noe valley)

compensation: Looking forward to discussing - depends on the scope of the project
I was once THE most organized, efficient, productive person I knew. But now, with the wealth of resources at our fingertips, I am constantly seeking the most streamlined systems, tools, apps, workflows, and more, but I'm getting nowhere but back to where I started. I am wasting time by not being as effective as I could be, all while trying to save time and become more efficient. My situation is likely quite common, but here's the low-down:

I work remotely as an advisor and board member for a variety of different companies - currently all in the natural products industry (FoodTech, Ingredients, and/or finished supplements, cosmetics, and functional foods)
I have a casual reputation as someone who knows how to connect people and facilitate getting things done while still taking time to enjoy the relationships I have developed through my industry.
I'm often helping founders develop a growth plan, which also usually includes helping with an investment pitch
Lots of research that I have to do myself, and try to organize - I often use Perplexity or ChatGPT for research
Typical invoices, expense into FreshBooks.

But my systems are broken - or at best - in a constant state of flux.

I have a MacBook Pro - a 32" monitor, scanner, black and white, and color laser printers, iPad Pro, and iPhone.

Now I know there is a way to pare down the list of tools, optimize the use of cloud files, create automations for invoices, reminders, organization of conference calls, Calendars, Contacts, Fathom notes, and reminders.

But mainly, I want the goal to be a simple, easy-to-maintain (i.e., become habitual) daily business process for handling incoming and outgoing communication, as well as tracking projects in one place, etc. - I am certain there is a simple solution that will take me forward and scale with me and my business.

I could go on and on, but there is someone in this fair city who could assess my situation, provide a solution that works for me, and check in occasionally to ensure everything is going well.
