FORMA is a real estate development and management firm looking for a Legal/Accounting Assistant with minimum 2-year experience. Must have strong communication skill. Accounting/bookkeeping experience is a plus. Availability/Flexibility to work on occasional weekends.
Minimum bachelor degree from accredited U.S. university.
