About the Role: Seeking a versatile Personal/Executive Assistant for a Real Estate Technology firm. The part-time position is split into two core functions. First, provide dedicated personal and executive support directly to the CEO, acting as a right hand. Second, support real estate development and startup operations, reporting directly to the CPO.

Interest in real estate is a plus but is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistance - Reporting to CEO:
- Manage a wide variety of personal errands such as grocery shopping, returns, dry cleaning, gifting, and other ad-hoc tasks to streamline CEO's daily life.
- Provide thoughtful personal administration, which may include making reservations, planning trips, coordinating, and managing vendors and services.
Real Estate Development & Rental Support - Reporting to CPO:
- Conduct ad-hoc research on properties, market trends, and development regulations.
- Assist with the management of rental properties remotely (tenant communication, coordinate with vendors/property managers, track leases).
- Support the loan draw process by organizing documentation and liaising with lenders/accountants.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist in drafting social media posts related to development projects.
Startup Support (Private Equity Real Estate) - Reporting to CPO:
- Manage a CRM system to track interactions, meetings, and communications with both GPs and LPs.
- Help draft and distribute marketing emails, newsletters, and announcements.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and follow-ups between GPs and LPs, coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Conduct preliminary due diligence on prospective stakeholders to understand their investment criteria.
- Assist in the distribution of periodic reports (capital call notices, distribution notices, quarterly reports).
- Other duties as assigned.
Seeking a candidate with:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Operations Associate.
- Must be based near San Francisco and have reliable transportation for local errands and regular tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple, varied priorities.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion with confidential financial and business information.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms. Familiarity with property management or bookkeeping software is a plus.
