Role (volunteer to start)
> Edit full episodes and short social clips
> Prep uploads for YouTube (chapters, descriptions, tags, thumbnails)
> Repurpose for Shorts/IG/TikTok
> (Nice to have) Light digital marketing: titles, thumbnails, basic analytics
Ideal skills
> Strong portfolio (Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve)
> Basic audio cleanup, color, and simple motion/graphics
> Organized, reliable, collaborative
Time & logistics
> roughly 3–5 hours/week, remote friendly (SF Bay Area a plus but not strict requirement)
> Start ASAP, 1–3 month trial to find our stride
Compensation
> Unpaid volunteer role initially. The intention is to secure startup funding and sponsorships; if successful, this could transition into a paid side-gig.
