I’m looking for a business partner / cofounder to join me in creating and launching this. This is not a paid job. This is an equity partnership for someone who wants real ownership and upside.
The app is already nearing completion, have been working on it for about 13 months, and have gotten it to near perfection, with top design, UI, functions and reliability. Including an entire back-end admin/staff dashboard.
All legal requirements for the app have been completed and integrated into to the app to ensure compliance with all state, county laws.
What Cruuz is:
1. Nearby discovery + optional map view
2. Matching + chat
3. “Right now” style posts (moderated)
4. Strong rules around content, safety, and abuse prevention
5. Monetization via subscriptions + boosts (competitive pricing)
6. Event hosting/planning for nearby
Who I want:
You don’t need to code, but you should be strong in at least 2 of these:
1. Growth / user acquisition (launch city-by-city, ads, content, funnels)
2 .Partnerships (venues, events, creators, communities)
3. Business ops (pricing, retention, support workflows)
4. Fundraising / pitching (optional, later)
5.Trust & safety mindset (moderation systems, policy, compliance)
What you’d do:
1. Help shape product + monetization strategy
2. Own go-to-market and early user growth
3. Build partnerships and distribution channels
4. Help define pricing tiers and conversion strategy
5. Help build moderation processes that keep the platform clean and scalable
What you get:
1. Cofounder-level equity (negotiable based on contribution)
3. Remote-friendly (US time zones preferred)
