FORMA Development Design Management is a real estate development company specializing in mixed-use residential and commercial projects.
We are seeking an individual to assist in providing data entry and administrative services for multiple assignments. This role will require applicants to meet in-office when necessary. Applicants should be sharp, hardworking, team player with a can-do attitude, the ability to hit the ground running with little guidance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing office environment.
-Perform all data entry, Accounts Receivables/Payables, reconcile bank and credit card statements
-Prepare monthly financial reports
-Maintain, and establish electronic filing system, and contact database
-Administrative assignments, writing and editing skills are required
-Assist in preparing presentations and communications materials including internet and other research for data
-Filter, screen and synthesize information in a clear and concise manner
-Ensure priorities are accomplished and unplanned items are addressed appropriately, proactively follow up on action items
-Proficiency in following software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs, QuickBooks, Quicken
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Degree in related field preferred
