Does anyone know anyone who could caulk a window? (inner sunset / UCSF)

I'm a tenant, but the property owner is inept, so I am trying to find someone. It is a leaking window facing the street. As the building has recently been repainted, I am pretty sure that the window needs to be recaulked or something.

B) If you have any experience with leaks and leaking windows?
C) Do you have the work experience required to know where the leak is coming from?
D) How much do you charge (potentially; a range is fine)?
E) When you are available?
F) Would you provide any sort of warranty (such as one or two years)?
