I’m a local/health enthusiast from a Mediterranean family and I’ve been making my own traditional 24-hour yogurt for 8+ years. It’s been amazing for my gut health and meeting my daily protein goals, so I’m sharing my extra batches.
This is a traditional long-ferment (24-30 hours), which makes it much more potent and tart than grocery store versions. This is completely homemade; extremely nutritious and delicious only using premium ingredients and methods.
I use only 100% Organic milk (Whole, 2%, or Non-Fat). Made with ZERO additives, plastics, only 100% PURE fresh homemade yogurt.
